A Little About
Back in the days, the imperial banquet was used as a means to flaunt wealth and power. Manhan Quanxi, literally Manchu Han Imperial Feast was one of the grandest meals ever documented in Chinese cuisine. It consisted of at least 108 unique dishes from Manchu and Han Culture culture during the Qing Dynasty, and it is only reserved and intended for the Emperors. The meal was held for three whole days, across six banquets. The culinary skills consisted of cooking methods from all over Imperial China. In modern times though, the Chinese term “Manhan Quanxi” can be used as an idiomatic expression to represent any feast of significant proportion.
Here at David’s Stir Fry Crazy, we have toned it down. We know how daunting of a task it is to put together a menu that can please each and every one of your guests, or say it is a social or a business gathering and you have more important things to talk about than scouring the menu and figuring it out what to have. So we have come up with this idea of making it easy for you. We take the hard decisions out of your hand and place it on us. Meticulously thought through by our team of chefs, two different sets of menu that you can choose from, each one distinctively unique but having one thing in common. The diversity, that is in style, texture, method & taste.
