Popular belief that it was first introduced in France by the Italian chef of queen Catherine de Medici macaron is presented with a ganache, buttercream or jam filling sandwiched between two such cookies, But ours is filled with unique blend of beans, cream fruits and matcha.. Indulge in a mildly moist and easily melts in the mouth creation, crafted by our own chefs.
petits gateaux litterally translates to “little cake”. Sounding simplistic, they are anything but; petits gateaux are intricately crafted into delightful desserts, such as crazy's signature Snow Skin moon cakes or our mandarin mochi .
Take a sip of speciality teas from across the globe. A wide variety of teas are available and precisely paired with the petits gateaux. Teas such as Dragon’s Well, High Mountain Oolong, Puer Tuo Cha, Earl Grey, Tian Hong, White Peony, Jasmine, and Camomile are all available as well as teas spanning from China, Egpyt, and Taiwan.
